Dance and Stage Pro Full Roll Maintenance

Regularly cleaning your flooring is important to the floor’s overall life. You should sweep and mop the floor at least three times per week.

Before you mop your floor, sweep it with a soft push broom. A corn broom or other stiff bristle broom can scratch the floor’s surface.

The Rosco All-Purpose Cleaner is the specified cleaning product for Dance and Stage Pro floors. Do not use any cleaner that contains ammonia, since the ammonia will alter the floor’s surface.

To mop your floor, use warm but not hot water. For light duty cleaning, add 2 ounces of Rosco All-Purpose Cleaner to 1 gallon of water, mop, and let the floor air dry.

For moderate to heavy dirt buildup, add 8 ounces of Rosco All-Purpose Cleaner, mop, rinse lightly with clean cold water, and let dry.

If the floor tape has left behind a gummy residue, apply Rosco All-Purpose Cleaner to a soft cloth full-strength. Rub the cloth on the buildup to remove the residue. (Wear rubber gloves to avoid skin contact.) Rinse the area with water and let dry.

If your floor hasn’t been cleaned in a while, or if it’s been in storage, use Rosco Heavy Duty Cleaner, which is both a cleaner and a floor stripper. This cleaner will remove all waxes and excessive dirt that have built up. Add 4 ounces of the Rosco Heavy Duty Cleaner to 1 gallon of warm water and mop the floor. Rinse the floor with clean, cold water and let dry.

Rosco Heavy Duty cleaner can also be applied full-strength to a cloth and used to remove stains. Always rinse the floor after and let it dry completely.

Please Note: This material should always be stored in an upright standing position rolled up tight on the core.

This product is wound up on the master roll with the back side of the material facing out. The factory does this for installation purposes.
