Actual Size: 69 x 45.125 inches. These 3/4 inch thick heavy duty interlocking floor tiles have a thickness tolerance of +/- .045 inch. Specifically designed plastic shims that fit the interlocking design of this tile are provided with these rubber gym tiles in order to provide a solution if any of the tiles have different thicknesses. The interlocking center is a 4 x 6 tile and is also available in corner tiles and border tiles with beveled edges. Many installations will utilize borders on two sides of the room and tile the remaining floor with centers to reduce the amount of cutting need for a custom wall to wall installation. For commercial installations and those over 500 SF, it is best to use only center tiles and start your layout in the center of the room.

Our Gym Rubber Interlocking Floor Tiles are easy to install, this interlocking rubber floor does not require adhesive for installation. For a professional quality, durable gym floor, select this floor for years of dependability.

This material will have some rubber smell for several weeks after installation which will dissipate with ventilation over time. This mat is not recommended for individuals or locations with a high sensitivity to smell. Made with sulfur-based adhesives.

Some surface inconsistency may exist, such as shadowing, due to the recycled rubber. We will not accept returns for this product appearance.

Please Note:

When creating kits in this product the pattern or grain of the top surface texture will not run in the same direction on all of the floor tiles. This is because the mats are made in 4×8 ft pieces and then water jet cut into corners, borders and corners as needed to make the component pieces for a specific kit size.

Maintenance

Always use Neutral Ph cleaner on rubber flooring. Damp mop with hot water.
