Uphill vaulting, transition training on bars, basic tumbling on floor, and conditioning.
These incline mats for gymnastics are not recommended for outdoor use as they are not waterproof and are not UV stable.
Our larger versions are also available that allow for consecutive moves and can be transformed into firm mini-pits or spotting tables.
