LonPlate® II by Lonseal®, Eco-Friendly, Diamond Plate Vinyl Flooring Specs

The LonPlate II Diamond Plate Vinyl Flooring Rolls that are 6 feet by 60 feet are 3 mm thick and available in mica, gunpowder, midnight, brick, gun black, gunmetal, and putty. There are also 8 feet by 60 feet rolls that are 2 mm thick and available in mica, gunpowder, and midnight.

As sturdy as the original, but with smaller stamping and larger spacing, the LonPlate® II is made in part from recycled content and is GreenAir and GreenMedic certified. It’s phthalate free, as well. It meets FMVSS 302: CFR 49 §571.302 for Flammability of Interior Materials. It’s a Type I, Grade 1, Class B ASTM F1303 product that is rated for commercial use. It’s FloorScore certified, and it’s made of low-emitting materials and post-industrial recycled content.

This diamond plate vinyl flooring has a solid, diamond surface pattern and en embossed finish. It’s antimicrobial, and it contributes to LEED points.

Initial Maintenance & Cleaning

1. Wait 48 hours after the installation has been completed, and then you can follow these maintenance steps.
2. Clean the newly installed floor using a soft dust mop. You can first vacuum the floor if you need to pick up any large particles.
3. Then, dilute an approved pH neutral cleaner to scrub the floor with a red buffing pad on a slow speed rotary floor machine or auto-scrubber, vacuuming up any remaining cleaning solution.
4. If desired, you can use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue if needed.

Routine Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Remove any debris, dirt, and soil. If there are any large particles, you should also vacuum the floor.
2. Dust mop the flooring.
3. Using a microfiber wet mop pad and properly diluted pH neutral cleaner, clean the entire surface of the floor.
4. To remove remaining residue, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad.
