Lonzebra Topseal comes with Lonseal’s® exclusive Topseal formula, a factory-applied urethane finish that shields the floor, helps to reduce scratching, and make regular maintenance easy. The zebra wood vinyl flooring comes in rolls that are 6 feet wide, 60 feet long, and 0.080 inches thick. The LonZebra rolls have a 0.020 inch wear layer thickness, and a weight of 0.6 pounds per square feet, for a total weight of 230 pounds.

Lonseal® LonZebra® Topseal Vinyl Flooring is Safe & Eco-Friendly

The zebra wood vinyl flooring rolls are rated for commercial use. They are ASTM F1303 classified as Type I, Grade 1, Class B. They are FloorScore certified.

This Topseal sheet vinyl product is a GreenMedic one made of pre-consumer recycled low-emitting materials. It’s low VOC, SVHC free, phthalate free, antimicrobial, and contributes to LEED points. It’s one of the very best options for a high performing, attractive school floor or hospital floor with it’s smooth finish, woodgrain design, and low maintenance nature.

Lonseal® LonZebra® Topseal Vinyl Flooring – Maintenance

Initial Maintenance

1. Once the flooring is installed, wait 48 hours and begin the initial maintenance procedure.
2. Clean the flooring using a soft dust mop. You can also vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.
3. Using a pH neutral cleaner that has been properly diluted, scrub the floor with a red buffing pad on a slow speed rotary floor machine or auto-scrubber, vacuuming up any remaining cleaning solution.
4. You can also use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue if needed.

Routine/Daily Maintenance

1. Remove all dirt, debris, and soil.
2. Dust mop the flooring. If necessary, vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.
3. Using a microfiber wet mop pad and properly diluted neutral solution, clean the entire surface of the floor.
4. If you need to remove remaining residue, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad.

Periodic Maintenance
