For concrete and wood walls, Outdoor Field Wall Padding with Z Clip 3 ft high x 4 ft wide is manufactured with 18 oz. high UV resistant extruded vinyl, 3 inch thick high impact polyurethane foam padding and a 5/8 inch thick engineered moisture resistant sheathing panel. It is a time-tested, proven product that provides facilities with an affordable safety solution. Outdoor Field Wall Padding with Z Clip is installed on concrete or wood walls with the Z Clip installation method, which includes stainless bolts. Outdoor Field Wall Padding with Z Clip is available in a variety of sizes and colors, for a custom design. Product components:

Backing: 5/8 inch moisture resistant composite backerboard. All sides are stained and sealed with an exterior grade finish.

Vinyl covering:

– 18 oz per sq. yard laminated vinyl, unbalanced coating

– Fabric: 1000 Denier polyester basic fabric

– Tear strength test: warp 85 lbs., fill 83 lbs.

– Tensile strength: warp 221 lbs., fill 216 lbs.

– Weft insertion: 9 x 9

– Superior UV inhibitors

– Cold crack: minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit

– Class A flame retardant

– Vinyl cover is wrapped around the backside of the plywood and stapled every 3 inches with stainless steel staples.

– Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture

Filler Foam: 3 inch high impact foam. Filler foam is glued to plywood backing

Adhesive: Synthetic resin rubber base adhesive, high flexibility factor, water resistant, heat & cold resistant, high bonding factor

Attachment: Aluminum extrusion, 2.5 inches wide x .125 inch thick, mounted to the backer panel using 1/4 x 3/4 inch stainless bolts screwed into 1/4 inch threaded washer inserts.

Wipe down as needed.
