The right materials to make your project the very safest, the panel are made with certified OSB, Impact rated polyethylene foam, and Class “A” fire rated PVC vinyl. Pads are easy to install the 2 inch thick Impact rated polyethylene foam laminated to 7/16 inch oriented strand board covered in Class A fire rated 18-ounce vinyl. Come with a 1 inch nailing margin top and bottom.

Safety Wall Pad 3×4 Ft x 2 Inch WB LipTB ASTM is an indoor stationary wall padded panel, intended for direct wall connection. The panel is a wood backed pad with a 2 inch Impact rated polyethylene foam bonded together using a two-part adhesion process. The panel is then covered front and sides with a Class A PVC vinyl, then firmly stapled onto the wooden backing of the panel.

Components

1. Backer Board: Not less than 7/16-inch- (11-mm-) SFI® Certified Responsible

Urea Formaldehyde Free recycled composite wood backer board. This portion of

the product contributes toward satisfying Credit IEQ 4.4 under LEED.

2. Foam Layer – 2 inch polyethylene foam meets standards for ASTM 2440. The test method

quantifies impact in terms of g-max and Head Injury Criterion (HIC) scores. Promotes

closed-loop recycling of post-industrial scrap. Contains at least 60% and up to 100%

recycled pre-consumer raw material. The use of pre-consumer recycled material can

contribute to LEED® certification points.

3. Covering – 18 oz. laminated leather grain embossed vinyl BACshield: Anti-Mildew,

Anti-Fungus, Antimicrobial, Antibacterial treated, UV treated. Passes ASTM E84 (Class A),

NFPA-701 & Cal 117 FR tests C.P.S.I.A. Certified.

STANDARD MANUFACTURING

Typical panel to be manufactured at 12 inch width by specified height.

All columns and corners to be pre-fabricated to fit field condition

INSTALLATION

1. 1 inch Nail Margin top and bottom along width edge attached directly to wall using

appropriate hardware for wall type. Refer to ASTM standards for height above finished

floor. 4 inch AFF to bottom of foam current.
