These interlocking rubber ShokLok tiles utilize a special waffle bottom design which significantly reduces the amount of vibration and noise that is transferred from the fitness equipment to the floor. This is a great addition to any facility and can be used even on existing floor systems to reduce noise and vibration. ShokLok combines our strong and durable 3/4 inch tile with a special molding process to create an incredible barrier to noise and vibrations. Available in straight edges or beveled edges.

Interlocking tabs will loose 1.5 inches per tile.

Each tile is 2×2 ft x 3/4 inch in size, which makes installation at home very easy. The interlocking tiles are water jet cut and will provide a very tight fitting installation. This tile features a diamond pattern top surface texture and a waffle bottom. Rubber flooring tile is very easy to clean and will not absorb moisture. These 3/4 inch thick tiles have a thickness tolerance of +/- .045 inch.

Optional shims are available.

ShokLok has a clean and fresh mitigating agent used to significantly reduce aroma. However, this product does have a rubber smell that is a bit more than other rubber gym flooring products. We do not recommend this product to customers with a high sensitivity to smell, or for installations in homes with little fresh air intake. Comments from customers suggest that the rubber smell of these tiles is somewhat like a new car smell and dissipates over several weeks.

ShokLok 2×2 ft products are not interchangeable with 4X6 ft ShokLok Tiles.

Please Note:

With multiple component piece installations, the pattern or grain of the top surface texture will not run in the same direction on all of the floor tiles. Some surface inconsistency may exist, such as shadowing, due to the recycled rubber. We will not accept returns for this product appearance. These imperfections are usually not as noticeable once the customer places all their equipment and weights in the room.

Maintenance

Always use a neutral Ph cleaner on rubber flooring material.
